2. Eligibility

4. Products and Orders

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, prices, and availability information are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. If we discover an error in a product listing or price, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel affected orders. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing and Currency

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated at checkout. US customers may see prices in USD at checkout. International customers may see prices in their local currency or in CAD depending on settings. The currency charged is shown clearly before order completion.

Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of order is the price you pay.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not a confirmation of sale. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. We typically confirm order acceptance by sending an order confirmation email.

Returns, Refunds, and Shipping

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carnivore Biotics Corp., its directors, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms or out of your use of the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) CAD $100.

Some jurisdictions don't allow exclusions or limitations of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Carnivore Biotics Corp. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, labor disputes, pandemics, war, or internet/infrastructure failures.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@carnivorebiotics.com to attempt informal resolution. Many issues can be resolved quickly without escalation.

Formal Disputes

If informal resolution doesn't succeed, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada. You and Carnivore Biotics Corp. agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

This does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you have under your local law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an account or have subscribed) or by posting a notice on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you must stop using the Site.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Subscription Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Carnivore Biotics Corp. regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
