Refund and Return Policy

At a Glance

• Refund window: 30 days from order delivery date
• Eligible items: Unopened, unused bottles in original packaging

• Refund processing time: 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return

Eligibility

We accept returns of unopened, unused bottles in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation.

We do not accept returns of:

• Opened bottles
• Bottles with broken or removed safety seals
• Bottles missing original packaging
• Items received outside the 30-day window
• Items that have been damaged after delivery (not in transit)

This applies to both one-time orders and Subscribe & Save orders. Subscription orders are eligible for return under the same conditions as one-time orders.

How to Request a Return

Email support@carnivorebiotics.com with the following:

• Your order number
• The name of the person who placed the order
• The reason for the return (this is for our records and helps us improve; it does not affect eligibility)

We'll reply within one business day with return authorization and the shipping address. Please do not ship returns to us before receiving a return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Shipping the Return

You are responsible for the return shipping cost and for any duties, taxes, or fees associated with shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for returns that don't arrive at our facility.

Ship returns to the address we provide in the return authorization email. Returns shipped to any other address may not be processed.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are issued in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you originally paid in another currency, your payment provider will convert the refund back to your local currency at the exchange rate in effect on the refund date.

Refund processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, with a broken bottle, leaking, or otherwise defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@carnivorebiotics.com. Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

For damaged or defective orders, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you, including no return shipping cost. This is separate from the standard return process above.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbours, building reception, and household members, and confirm the shipping address on your order. If the package is still missing after 7 days from the delivered date shown in tracking, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate. We will replace or refund lost shipments on a case-by-case basis after a reasonable carrier investigation.

International Returns

International returns follow the same eligibility rules above. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and any taxes or fees that apply. International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance.
