Subscription Policy (Subscribe & Save)

    Subscribe & Save gives you 10% off every order with automatic delivery on a schedule you choose. You stay in full control of your subscription at all times.


    At a Glance

    • Cadence: Customer-selected (most customers choose monthly, 60 days, or 90 days)
    • Self-serve management: Pause, skip, change cadence, or cancel anytime from your account
    • Cancellation: Anytime, no minimum number of orders required
    • Same refund and shipping policies apply to subscription orders as one-time orders

    How Subscribe & Save Works

    When you subscribe to Carnivore Biotics, you save 10% on every order and your product is automatically shipped at the cadence you select. There's no minimum number of shipments. You can pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel anytime through your customer account.


    Setting Up a Subscription

    Choose the "Subscribe & Save" option on the product page when you order. You'll select a delivery cadence (how often you want to receive shipments), and the 10% discount applies to that order and every renewal order going forward.


    Managing Your Subscription

    You can manage your subscription self-serve through your customer account at any time. From your account, you can:

    • Pause your subscription and resume when ready
    • Skip an upcoming order without cancelling
    • Change the delivery cadence (e.g. switch from monthly to every 60 days)
    • Update your shipping address or payment method
    • Cancel your subscription

    No phone call required. No support email required. Cancellation is fully self-serve.

    Billing

    You'll be billed on or around your scheduled renewal date for each subscription order. The amount charged includes the subscription price (with the 10% Subscribe & Save discount applied) plus any applicable shipping and taxes.

    If your payment method fails on a renewal date, we'll attempt to charge it again on the following business day. If the second attempt also fails, we'll pause your subscription and email you to update your payment information.

    You can change your payment method at any time from your customer account.


    Cancellation

    You can cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account. There is no minimum number of shipments required. If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not be billed for any further orders.

    Cancellation takes effect immediately. Any orders that have already been processed and shipped at the time of cancellation will still be delivered and are not refundable except under our standard refund policy.


    Refunds on Subscription Orders

    Subscription orders are eligible for return and refund under the same terms as one-time orders. See our Refund Policy for full details.

    Briefly: unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for that specific shipment. Opened bottles are not eligible for return. The customer pays return shipping.


    Price Changes

    If we change the price of the product or the Subscribe & Save discount in the future, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance of the change taking effect. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the new price applies.


    Shipping for Subscription Orders

    Subscription orders ship using the same carriers, processing times, and delivery time estimates as one-time orders. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

    The free shipping thresholds (CAD $100 in Canada, USD $100 in the US, CAD $175 internationally) apply to subscription orders as well.
