Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following countries:
- North America: Canada, United States
- Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
If you don't see your country listed, we don't currently ship there. We may expand our shipping destinations over time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Subscription renewal orders follow the same processing time.
Delivery Times
Delivery times below are estimates from the date your order ships, not from the date of purchase. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

These are estimates, not guarantees. We do our best to ship promptly and choose reliable carriers, but we don't control how long the carrier takes to deliver.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order subtotal. The exact cost is shown before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping is available on orders above these thresholds:
- Canada: CAD $100
- United States: USD $100
- All other destinations: CAD $175
Carriers
We ship via:
- Canada Post for Canadian orders
- USPS for orders shipped to the United States
- UPS for select destinations and expedited options
Tracking is provided for all orders.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside Canada, the customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges assessed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout and are billed separately by the carrier or customs broker upon delivery.
Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control. Some countries have specific import rules for dietary supplements and natural health products. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering if you have concerns.
If a package is refused or returned to us because of unpaid duties or customs issues, the order is treated as a return: shipping cost and customs fees we incur are deducted from any refund.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided on your order. If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address and your package is undeliverable or sent to the wrong location, we may not be able to recover the package. Address corrections after shipping are subject to carrier policies and may incur additional fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed past the estimated delivery window or tracking shows it as lost, contact us at support@carnivorebiotics.com and we'll help investigate with the carrier. See our Refund Policy for details on how we handle confirmed lost packages.
